Panda restaurant opened its doors in radford 15 years ago as a "take-out" only restaurant. Three years ago the "Next Generation" realized they needed to offer delivery service for their customers' convennience. Patrons have embraced the service and it has been a real success. Of course, take-out is still available. Either way, you get a great meal at a great price!
